Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the full amount of the service will be charged. Each client is allowed up to (3) 24 hour cancellations, exceeding this limit will result in a permanent ban, A 10-15 minute grace period is provided. After this period, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. If you are excessively late and unable to be accommodated, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Please contact me if you're running late. It is important to note that all appointments are time-based and time-sensitive. Lastly, any no-shows or failure to provide advance notice will result in being charged the full amount of the service & banned.
